# Dot Compliance raises a $17.5M Series B extension

Dot Compliance raised a $17.5 million extension to its Series B, Calcalist Ctech reported on 16 April 2024. Existing investors IGP Capital and Vertex Ventures co-led it, with TPY Capital also taking part. The extension brought total funding to $50 million.[^ctech] The vendor's own news page calls it an "up-round".[^news]

The original Series B, announced in July 2022, raised $23 million. Israel Growth Partners led it, with Vertex Ventures and TPY Capital, and it brought total funding to $33 million at the time.[^prn]

Dot Compliance is privately held, and its accounts aren't public. Its press releases announce no acquisitions or changes of ownership.[^news]
