ETQ launches Reliance Go for small and mid-sized manufacturers

In December 2025 ETQ launched Reliance Go, a self-service package of its QMS with best-practice workflows and licence-only pricing. It doesn't include the life sciences application set.

ETQ, then part of Hexagon, launched ETQ Reliance Go on 2 December 2025. The press release says it is “designed exclusively for small- to-mid-sized manufacturers”.1 ETQ has since moved to Octave, and the product is now sold as Octave Reliance (see our news post).

Octave describes Go as “a cost-effective, self-service eQMS for small and growing teams”, with best-practice workflows, step-by-step guides and “licensing-only pricing”. No price is published.2 The December 2025 product sheet lists 13 quality applications and 24x7 technical support.3 Go includes the Core QMS and Nonconformance Handling application sets.2

Help is sold separately. Single sign-on setup, document migration and Microsoft 365 or Google collaboration are optional services. The Service Care 360 plan adds up to 20 hours of setup help, a planning workshop and weekly check-ins “for a low fixed cost”. The amount isn’t published.2

What it means for buyers

Our ETQ Reliance review notes that Go doesn’t include the life sciences set, so complaints with eMDR and the Part 11 app aren’t in it.
