Honeywell agreed on 22 December 2020 to buy all the shares of Sparta Systems from New Mountain Capital, in an all-cash deal of $1.3 billion.[^hon-2020] It completed the purchase on 12 February 2021 for $1,303 million. Honeywell called Sparta "a leading provider of enterprise quality management software for the life sciences industry" and placed it in its Performance Materials and Technologies segment.[^hon-2023]

Honeywell's annual report filed in February 2026 still lists Sparta Systems, Inc. of New Jersey as a wholly owned subsidiary.[^hon-2025] Sparta Systems, Inc. is the company you contract with for TrackWise Digital.[^eusa]
