Ideagen publishes prices for Ideagen Quality Management, formerly Q-Pulse, on the UK government’s G-Cloud framework.1 Its G-Cloud 15 price list, dated 26 January 2026, lowers several fees compared with the G-Cloud 14 list of October 2025.23

Licence prices stayed almost the same. A primary licence in the 10 to 24 band cost £608 on the October 2025 list and £609 on the January 2026 list.32 The October 2025 prices were the same as on the May 2024 list.4
What it means for buyers
Our Ideagen Quality Management review uses the January 2026 list, on which going from 10 to 25 users raises the yearly cost from about £18,800 to £27,900, and it notes that three G2 reviewers report steep rises at renewal, so ask for a renewal cap in the order form.
