# Ideagen lowers the platform fee on its UK G-Cloud price list

Ideagen publishes prices for Ideagen Quality Management, formerly Q-Pulse, on the UK government's G-Cloud framework.[^gcloud] Its G-Cloud 15 price list, dated 26 January 2026, lowers several fees compared with the G-Cloud 14 list of October 2025.[^gcloud15][^gcloud-price]

Licence prices stayed almost the same. A primary licence in the 10 to 24 band cost £608 on the October 2025 list and £609 on the January 2026 list.[^gcloud-price][^gcloud15] The October 2025 prices were the same as on the May 2024 list.[^gcloud-2024]

## What it means for buyers

Our [Ideagen Quality Management review](/reviews/ideagen-quality/) uses the January 2026 list, on which going from 10 to 25 users raises the yearly cost from about £18,800 to £27,900, and it notes that three G2 reviewers report steep rises at renewal, so ask for a renewal cap in the order form.
