Ketryx raises a $39M Series B

Ketryx raised a $39M Series B, MedTech Dive reported on 5 September 2025.1 Transformation Capital led the round, and its partner Vinay Shah joined Ketryx’s board. Lightspeed Venture Partners, MIT’s E14 Fund, Ubiquity Ventures and 53 Stations also took part, as did former Medtronic CEO Bill Hawkins.1 Ketryx said it had raised more than $55 million to date.1

The Form D filed with the SEC the same day shows $36.1M of $37.5M sold, with the first sale on 18 July 2025.2 The previous round was a $14M Series A led by Lightspeed, announced in December 2023.3

What it means for buyers
