Qualio raises a $50M Series B

Qualio announced a $50 million Series B in May 2021, co-led by Tiger Global and Menlo Ventures. It is the last funding round Qualio has filed with the SEC.

Qualio announced a $50 million Series B on 25 May 2021, led by Tiger Global.1 The Irish Times reported that Tiger Global co-led the round with Menlo Ventures.2 Qualio said it had more than 250 customers.1 It had raised more than $63 million to date, according to Silicon Republic.3

The Form D filed with the SEC the same day shows $49,999,808 of equity sold, with the first sale on 9 April 2021.4 The previous round was an $11 million Series A led by Storm Ventures in 2020.5

Qualio, Inc. has filed no Form D since May 2021.6 Its company page says it has raised “over 60 million dollars” in 8 rounds.7
