# Qualio raises a $50M Series B

Qualio announced a $50 million Series B on 25 May 2021, led by Tiger Global.[^seriesb] The Irish Times reported that Tiger Global co-led the round with Menlo Ventures.[^irishtimes] Qualio said it had more than 250 customers.[^seriesb] It had raised more than $63 million to date, according to Silicon Republic.[^sr2021]

The Form D filed with the SEC the same day shows $49,999,808 of equity sold, with the first sale on 9 April 2021.[^formd2021] The previous round was an $11 million Series A led by Storm Ventures in 2020.[^sr2020]

Qualio, Inc. has filed no Form D since May 2021.[^edgar] Its company page says it has raised "over 60 million dollars" in 8 rounds.[^company]
