Scilife announced a “strategic growth investment” from Five Elms Capital on 6 June 2024.1 Five Elms describes itself as “a global growth equity firm”. The release doesn’t give the amount or the size of the stake.1 Five Elms lists Scilife as an active portfolio company, invested in 2024.2
The Belgian company register lists a Five Elms Capital partner as a director of Scilife NV since 5 June 2024.31 Scilife’s subscribed capital rose from about $0.37 million (€0.33 million) at the end of 2023 to $8.73 million at the end of 2024.4
