# Five Elms Capital invests in Scilife

Scilife announced a "strategic growth investment" from Five Elms Capital on 6 June 2024.[^fiveelms] Five Elms describes itself as "a global growth equity firm". The release doesn't give the amount or the size of the stake.[^fiveelms] Five Elms lists Scilife as an active portfolio company, invested in 2024.[^portfolio]

The Belgian company register lists a Five Elms Capital partner as a director of Scilife NV since 5 June 2024.[^kbo][^fiveelms] Scilife's subscribed capital rose from about $0.37 million (€0.33 million) at the end of 2023 to $8.73 million at the end of 2024.[^nbb2024]
