Strattam Capital takes a majority stake in Intellect

Private-equity firm Strattam Capital made a majority growth investment of over $35 million in Intellect in March 2022.

Intellect announced a “majority growth investment from Strattam Capital” in March 2022. According to the release, “Strattam Capital invested over $35 million in the transaction.”1

Intellect is the trading name of Interneer, Inc. of Inglewood, California.2 A new chief executive took over in April 2024.3 In November 2025, when it bought the UK connected-worker software company Zaptic, Intellect still described itself as “backed by Strattam Capital, a private equity firm”.4

What it means for buyers

Our Intellect QMS review notes that Intellect publishes starting prices but no customer terms, so we couldn’t check for a cap on renewal increases.
