ZenQMS no longer mentions an implementation fee on its pricing page

Until at least June 2026, ZenQMS's pricing page said every contract has an implementation item. The page we checked in October 2026 no longer says so, and it doesn't say the fee was dropped.

For years, ZenQMS’s pricing page said every contract has two items. Archived copies from October 2024 to 10 June 2026 read: “Contracts include two simple items: Implementation + Application & Enterprise Support”. They added that implementation is priced by “the amount and complexity of your existing data as well as training needs.”1 The same pricing method appears on archived pages back to 2016.2

When we checked the pricing page on 5 October 2026, it no longer had that line. It shows three packages, Calm, Clarity and Mastery, with no prices. Each package includes a range of user licences instead of per-seat fees.3 The page doesn’t say whether the implementation fee was dropped. ZenQMS has never published the amount.13

What it means for buyers

Our ZenQMS review treats the fee as still documented until June 2026, so ask whether your quote includes implementation.
