What Ketryx costs

We don’t know. As of 30 September 2026, the pricing page lists four plans.1 Free costs $0 a year but is limited to pre-market companies that raised less than $2 million. Startup (for companies under 200 people), Business and Enterprise are “contact sales”.1 The page no longer lists what each plan includes.1

How we got the price

We looked for three kinds of signal and found none for the paid plans:

  • The vendor’s own pages. The current pricing page and archived copies from September 2023 to June 2026 never showed a dollar price for a paid plan.123
  • Third-party listings. The Atlassian Marketplace app is free, but it is only the Jira connector and needs a Ketryx subscription.4
  • Buyers. We found no price paid in reviews, forums or benchmark sites.

So Ketryx’s price is “on request”, and we can’t estimate a cost for a 10-person team.

Plans and tiers

The current page names four plans but no limits.1 Archived versions show how the plans used to be cut:

  • In 2024 the Free plan allowed up to 4 users, and onboarding support was listed only on the Growth and Enterprise plans.2
  • In 2024 the entry paid plan, then called Start Up, allowed up to 10 users.2
  • In November 2025 the Essentials plan allowed up to 20 users, and the Business plan up to 70, with SOP templates and post-market surveillance.3

Plan names and limits have changed since 2024, so ask which plan your team size needs and what it includes.

Fees on top

Professional services such as white-glove implementation exist; the page doesn’t say what they cost.5 We found nothing saying they are mandatory. In the 2024 and 2025 pricing tables, SOP templates were not on the entry paid plan.23 Whether they come with today’s Startup plan is unknown.

What a 10-person team pays

We can’t say. The Free plan doesn’t fit: it needs under $2 million raised, and in 2024 it stopped at 4 users.12 A 10-person company would buy Startup, whose price isn’t public.1 Ask for a written quote that names the user count, the modules and any services.

Price history

There is no list-price history to check, because Ketryx has never published a paid price.23 We found no user reports of renewal increases.

Renewal, contract length and exit

The terms set a one-year initial term that renews automatically unless you give 60 days’ notice.6 The startup page instead promises monthly pricing and no minimum commitment, so confirm the term in your order.7

The terms let Ketryx raise fees at any time, effective from your next renewal, and set no cap.6 Ask for a renewal cap in your order form.

On exit, a full project can be exported as a JSON archive. Documents export to Word, Excel and PDF, and the approval history exports to CSV.8910 The terms have no clause for returning your data or putting it in escrow if Ketryx becomes insolvent, stops the service or changes owner.6

How Ketryx compares on price

The closest alternatives for software device teams are easier to budget. Matrix Requirements publishes prices for both its products and comes to about $22k a year for a 10-person team. OpenRegulatory Formwork costs $7k a year for unlimited users. Orcanos is also “on request” today, but its last public list, from 2021, put ALM and QMS together at $1,250 a month for up to 10 users.
