Qualityze pricing

Qualityze builds a quote around the modules, users and sites you choose and shows no prices on its website. The one public figure is a $30 per user per month floor on Salesforce AppExchange.

What Qualityze costs

Qualityze publishes no prices on its website (checked 30 September 2026).1 Pricing depends on the modules, users, sites and services you choose, and you get a tailored quote.1 Customers can start with a single module, such as document control or CAPA, and add more later.1

We can’t estimate what a 10-person team would pay. The reasons are below.

The one public figure

Qualityze’s Salesforce AppExchange listing gives $30 per user per month for the lowest licence type. Detailed pricing and volume discounts come from sales.2 The listing doesn’t say what the lowest licence type includes.

For 10 users on that licence type, the figure would come to $3,600 a year. But a device company would need several modules and probably higher licence types. So the $30 figure is a floor, not a price. A second site repeats the same figure, which doesn’t count as a separate signal.

Our method needs at least two independent price signals before we give an estimate. We found one, and no Vendr listing or archived price list. The pricing page itself only appeared in September 2026.3

What the vendor says every quote includes

According to Qualityze’s pricing page:1

  • guided onboarding and implementation are part of every quote;
  • validation packages come with every update at no extra fee;
  • there are no per-record fees;
  • you don’t need your own Salesforce licences.

The validation package includes a validation plan, requirements, test scripts, a traceability matrix and a summary report.4 Implementation includes migration templates.5

So implementation and validation should sit inside the quote rather than come as add-ons later. Qualityze doesn’t publish what they cost within the quote, so ask for them as named lines.

What users say about cost

Some Capterra reviewers call it expensive for small businesses, and one mentions there is no self-serve trial.6 One AppExchange reviewer says size and price were big factors in choosing it.2 None of them gives a figure.

Renewals and price history

Qualityze publishes no current subscription terms. The only terms we could read are a 2016 subscription agreement that its AppExchange listing showed in 2021.7 Under that agreement:

  • subscriptions renew automatically unless either side gives 30 days’ notice;
  • Qualityze can raise prices at renewal with 30 days’ written notice, with no cap;
  • you can’t reduce the number of users during a term, and fees are non-refundable.

The AppExchange starting price of $30 per user per month hasn’t changed since at least January 2021.82 We found no user reports of renewal hikes. Ask whether the 2016 terms still apply, and ask for a renewal cap.

Contract length and exit

The minimum term is unknown, because no current terms are public.7 We found no documentation on exporting all records at the end of a contract. The vendor calls the platform “API-first”, but we found no public API documentation.9

The 2016 agreement says you own your data, but it doesn’t promise to return it at the end of the contract and has no escrow.7 Get the exit export and its cost into the contract before signing.

How Qualityze compares on price

  • Dot Compliance also runs on Salesforce and sells by quote. The only figure we found is a vendor-supplied directory listing that starts at $10,000 a year with validation included, without a user count.10
  • ETQ Reliance (Octave Reliance) also sells by quote, priced by concurrent users and application sets. Its June 2026 agreement lets fees rise by up to 7% a year, or by a re-quoted amount.11
  • MasterControl doesn’t publish prices either. Capterra lists its Basic package from $25,000 a year, and our estimate for its Complete package is $25,000–72,000 a year for 10 users.1213

None of these gives a firm price for a 10-person device team before a sales call. With Qualityze, the useful questions are which licence types your users need, which modules are in the quote, and whether the 2016 renewal terms still apply.
